I attended the AFL-CIO Town Hall with John Edwards in Seattle on May Day. I haven't completely swallowed the kool-aid yet, but Edwards sells it well. My bs alarm wasn't really going off like it does when I hear most politicians speak. I think he does understand working America's plight.

I am slightly concerned his health care plan merely feeds the beast by subsidizing insurance companies, but other than Kucinich he is the only candidate offering something. I like his stance on trade policies and the EFCA. My hunch is that he will get most of organized labor's support when endorsements start coming out this autumn.
