Troy Kelley
28^th Legislative District, Position #1

As a Tacoma small business owner, Troy Kelley has established himself as a respected member of his community.  Troy founded United National, a document tracking business; he takes special pride in providing affordable healthcare benefits for all his employees.  Due to Troy’s disciplined and successful approach to business, his professional peers elected him President of the Escrow Association of Washington. 

Additionally, Troy serves as a Major in the Army Reserves.  A frequent lecturer in operational military law at the Judge Advocates General’s School, Kelley strongly supports education and champions life-long learning.  When not working, Troy enjoys the outdoors, rebuilding cars, and playing with his sons.  Troy and his wife Diane reside in Tacoma with their two energetic boys, Jackson and Brett.

Troy signed the America In Solidarity pledge in 2006.
