Kucinich moves to impeach Cheney

He's been threatening it for a while, and finally Congressman Dennis
Kucinich took the first step toward impeaching Vice President Dick
Cheney. Now while I have had mixed thoughts on this for a while (more
on impeachment is a political trial not necessarily a criminal trial,
thus conviction would probably be unlikely, if not impossible),
Cheney's actions today displayed it was time. But we all know Cheney
and Bush are scum, their illegal actions are well documented, and
sooner or later someone had to take the step.
And not surprisingly its the one with more gumption than most of the members of Congress...Kucinich.
So why has no one else cosigned onto this resolution? Is it poorly written, or do you have some other reason?

From CNN.com:

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Ohio Rep. Dennis Kucinich introduced articles to
impeach Vice President Dick Cheney Tuesday, basing his decision on
Cheney's initial push to send the United States into war with Iraq.
